HR Program Manager

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time HR Program Manager will provide operational leadership for Human Resources functions supporting caregivers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage major HR Program operations, including employee relations and caregiver operations Lead the HR Program team and supervise HR Program Supervisors to enhance caregiver and client experiences Develop and implement HR processes and policies in alignment with organizational values and strategic objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources credentials preferred (HRIC PHR or SPHR/SHRM) 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related role 3-5 years of leadership experience with a focus on coaching and accountability 2-3 years of experience in a human service or health care related field preferred Demonstrated knowledge of services needed by people with disabilities and older adults
