Now Hiring: Part-Time Psychiatrist (Independent Contractor, Hybrid – California) About the Role We are seeking a licensed Psychiatrist to provide part‑time, remote psychiatric care to adult clients. This is a flexible Independent Contractor position, ideal for a physician who values autonomy, holistic approaches, and working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Estimated Commitment: 8–12 hours per week (flexible scheduling) Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth Provide psychiatric consultations and/or therapy sessions Support safe medication tapering when clinically appropriate Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (therapists, NPs, wellness practitioners) Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care aligned with holistic principles Licensure & Credentials Active, unrestricted California medical license (MD or DO) Board Certified in Psychiatry Valid DEA registration Experience & Alignment Minimum 3 years of post‑residency clinical experience Experience with telehealth/remote psychiatric care Open to integrative and holistic mental health approaches Comfortable supporting medication tapering when appropriate Strong alignment with whole‑person, patient‑centered care Technical & Professional Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms Reliable internet connection Strong communication skills and professionalism Compensation We offer flexible compensation structures based on your preference: $140–$165/hour for direct patient care Flexible arrangements (hourly or blended structures) available Final terms will be outlined in a formal Independent Contractor agreement What We Offer Fully remote, flexible schedule Minimal administrative burden — we handle scheduling, billing, and intake Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
