Senior Manager, Market Research and Analytics - Eye Care

Senior Manager of Market Research and Analytics supporting AbbVie's Eye Care Growth Initiatives. This role translates primary and secondary research into actionable insights for upcoming product launches, partnering across brand, medical, and external teams to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with brand teams to understand business questions and stay current on Eye Care landscape
- Design, execute, and report custom research projects managing suppliers, timelines, and budgets
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings into clear insights and recommendations
- Support product launch activities including segmentation, positioning testing, and performance tracking
- Develop market analytics on patient flow, treatment patterns, and launch forecasting assumptions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Market Research, Statistics, or Finance preferred
- 5+ years of marketing research and/or analytics experience
- Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with pharma and behavioral data preferred
- Hands-on experience with AI or generative AI tools strongly preferred
- Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical reasoning, business acumen, and ability to work in matrixed environments
