The Strategic Business Operations Team (SBO) is looking for a Data Analyst to work in an impactful, collaborative work environment. They will help drive business initiatives critical to the ongoing growth of the team and be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our business model and internal processes. Responsibilities:

The Strategic Business Operations Team (SBO) is looking for a Data Analyst to work in an impactful, collaborative work environment. They will help drive business initiatives critical to the ongoing growth of the team and be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our business model and internal processes. Responsibilities:
- Require 3-5 years of experience to assist in the development of long-term revenue forecasts and analysis
- Lead the development of forecasting models based on market trends, existing licensee sales, and new licensee acquisitions
- Support patent licensing executives by providing relevant analysis and financial information on prospective licensees
- Process diverse sets of information to provide summary-level insights and recommendations
- Improve the quality and consistency of data and data management
- Help identify opportunities for systems and processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and automation
- Problem-solving and providing business insights and recommendations
- Prepare economic analysis in support of our patent pool engagements by providing analysis of royalty rate and pool structure proposals.
- Develop patent valuation analysis supporting IP business development efforts
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Data Analyst with Finance M&A.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills
- Strong data analysis and finance experience
- Interest in learning new software applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field..
