Job Description
Full-time, in-office position responsible for various marketing and communications activities in support of the marketing and office staff. The ideal candidate should possess a “can-do” attitude and an ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced and innovative architectural firm. This is not a graphic design or social media position, although some graphics and social media may occasionally be necessary.
Responsibilities
- RFP/RFQ research and follow-up
- Organize and assemble qualifications / proposals in response to RFQs/RFPs
- Assist with interview presentation preparation
- Assist Marketing/Principals/Associates with business development: letters, informational packets, mailings, trade shows
- Update and organize marketing materials
- Miscellaneous marketing activities as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of marketing and/or communications experience (preferably in the Architectural / Engineering / Construction Industry)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (notably InDesign). Knowledge and experience with Canva and WordPress is a plus.
- Knowledge of social networking platforms
- Proactive and able to work independently, multi-task, and manage / prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven, hands-on, team-based environment
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
