As such, the Regional Manager must understand the larger picture and have a vision of the future for their offices that translates to an overall growth strategy. They are to provide leadership and guidance to their group of offices, and will play a vital role in identifying and opening new, modern PDS-supported offices.ResponsibilitiesLead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in their regionImplement and master high level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability in order to achieve same office sales growthDevelop and conduct effective regional trainings & meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skillsIdentify future PDS locations according to geography and opportunityQualificationsSeveral years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or other related industryBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferredAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skillsExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsAbility to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressureBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offTuition Reimbursement401KPaid time to volunteer in your local communityYou may be eligible for additional incentive compensation subject to the rules covering the programCompensation Information $103,200.00-$135,000.00 / AnnuallyPDS Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
