Inside Sales Associate

Location & Compensation Location: Royal Palm Beach, FL – 264, 6747 Belvedere Rd, Suite 113 West Palm Beach, Florida – 33413-1029 Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour plus up to $2,500 in performance bonuses. Process, pull, and distribute customer product orders quickly and efficiently. Handle questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Accurately perform data entry of sales orders and generate invoices for pickup or delivery. Secure payment of invoices and obtain credit authorization per company policy. Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items at the counter per manufacturer and customer needs. Estimate delivery dates based on vendor production and delivery schedules. Assist with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1+ year of related inside sales experience preferred. Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly. Strong counter presence and ability to engage with customers directly for a large portion of the day. Strong customer‑service attitude. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling inventory and customer issues. Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction helpful. Legal working status and minimum age of 18.
