CAD Designer - Automation Systems

Overview A contract opportunity is available for a CAD Designer with expertise working with DCS/PLC Systems and AutoCAD Electrical Software. This is a remote opportunity. Duration is 6 months, possibly longer. Start is ASAP. Qualifications This role will focus on the design, coordination and documentation of hardware systems for industrial automation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in electrical and control system design, AutoCAD Electrical proficiency and the ability to communicate with partners and other team members. AutoCAD Electrical skill set should include proficiency with the Project Manager functionality for the generation of control panel design packages. Responsibilities Candidate must have proven ability to work independently and proactively in gathering design information.
