Lucille’s at Drury Lane is seeking an experienced, dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. This position works across restaurant service, banquets, private events, and special functions in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
We are looking for cooks who take pride in their work, maintain a clean and organized station, communicate well with the team, and consistently execute food to established standards.
Pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
Hours: Variable hours based on business needs. Availability may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities include station setup and breakdown, food preparation, cooking and plating to specification, maintaining sanitation and food-safety standards, proper labeling and rotation, and supporting the culinary team wherever needed.
Previous professional kitchen experience is preferred. Candidates should be reliable, organized, able to work with urgency, and comfortable working in both restaurant and banquet environments.
