Baxter seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting activities and drive quality hiring outcomes across multiple business areas. This role involves candidate sourcing, relationship management with hiring leaders, and strategic talent pipelining to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing, screening, and selection activities to successful hire completion
- Partner with hiring managers on job marketing, social media engagement, and talent identification
- Deliver positive candidate experience and manage offer negotiations
- Maintain requisition accuracy and real-time system updates throughout recruitment cycle
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide market intelligence to inform talent strategy
Requirements
- 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience
- Full-cycle recruiting background with proven delivery capability
- Experience recruiting engineering or technical positions preferred
- Behavioral interview proficiency and assessment methodology experience
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, and direct sourcing tools
- Strong communication and business partnership skills
- Microsoft Office and basic technology competency
Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 base annually
