Conduct comprehensive evaluations across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics employing standardized assessments and observational approaches.

Craft individualized treatment strategies targeting immediate goals alongside prolonged communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges.

Deliver specialized one-on-one speech therapy focused on essential areas such as communication, language acquisition, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing functions.

Partner with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to devise comprehensive care strategies.

Provide education to patients and their families, equipping them with tools to continue progress beyond therapy sessions.

Occasionally assess and treat patients in inpatient settings, ensuring care continuity throughout their recovery journey.

Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to both state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.

Commit to ongoing learning through professional development and engagement with colleagues in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of starting.

Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches across all age groups, along with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired communication and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills that resonate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Ability to tailor therapy methods to accommodate varying cultural and linguistic needs.

Strong clinical judgment coupled with adept problem-solving capabilities.
