Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reports, analysing variances against forecasts. Strategic Insights: Analyze sales, margin, and expense trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements. Business Partnership: Collaborate with operations, logistics, and executive teams to support decision-making, such as capital investments or price strategies.
