Automotive Finance Manager / Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking the ultimate "Swiss-Army-Knife" Manager to help CHAMPION our team. Are you currently working in the F/I office and looking for an opportunity to grow on the sales desk?  Are you a New or Pre-Owned Sales Manager who wants to develop your skills as a Finance Manager?  Diehl Chevrolet Cadillac CDJR of Grove City is coming off of our 6th consecutive month of growth!  Our location is easily accessible from all the state highways and is minutes from the Grove City Outlets.  Our top-notch team continues to grow our footprint each month, and we need new talent to keep our trajectory! This position has unlimited potential.  The right person will help manage all aspects of the sales process. They will be able to learn from other sales managers and F/I who are at the top of their game while helping expand their tool belt in both avenues.  The sales team in Grove City contributes to both the General Motors and Stellantis locations, and you will help to manage all of it!  Some days you will be appraising vehicles and working deals; other days you will sign out new customers "in the box" and everything in between. Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $90K-$140K

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network
• Assign and process bank contracts and corresponding paperwork (both banking and state)
• Support the sales and finance departments wherever necessary
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Assign value to trade-in vehicles and prepare sales numbers for customers
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Automotive experience required
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
