Work Mode: Local
Duration: 17W
Schedule: Onsite; M-F 8AM-4PM
Responsibilities:
- Support patient care activities for the company.
- Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and maximize reimbursement from outpatient visits.
- Screen patient appointments, reconcile co-payments, and secure referral authorizations.
- Schedule appointments and manage necessary documentation electronically.
- Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and staff.
- Register patients and verify necessary demographic and billing information.
- Schedule office appointments and direct patients as needed.
- Answer telephone calls, determine caller's needs, and direct them to the appropriate party.
- Handle financial transactions, reconcile daily copayment batches, and prepare patient referrals for billing.
- Arrange patient transportation when necessary.
- Provide basic clerical support functions to other practice staff.
Requirements:
- Education: HS Diploma/GED
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- 2 years of registrar experience
- Fluency in Chinese
Preferred Skills:
- Prior Epic experience
- Customer service experience
- Peds experience is a plus
