Work Mode: Local
Duration: 17W
Schedule: Onsite; M-F 8AM-4PM
Responsibilities:
Support patient care activities for the company.
Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and maximize reimbursement from outpatient visits.
Screen patient appointments, reconcile co-payments, and secure referral authorizations.
Schedule appointments and manage necessary documentation electronically.
Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and staff.
Register patients and verify necessary demographic and billing information.
Schedule office appointments and direct patients as needed.
Answer telephone calls, determine caller's needs, and direct them to the appropriate party.
Handle financial transactions, reconcile daily copayment batches, and prepare patient referrals for billing.
Arrange patient transportation when necessary.
Provide basic clerical support functions to other practice staff.
Requirements:
Education: HS Diploma/GED
Experience in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
2+ years of registrar experience
Fluency in Chinese
Preferred Skills:
Prior Epic experience
Customer service experience
Peds experience is a plus
