He/she ensures the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. He/she directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents. The Superintendent - Electrical is responsible for planning, directing, and guiding the business goals, plans, and processes for the electrical scope of work. He/She is responsible for the safe, compliant, and effective execution of electrical and instrument work.Superintendent - Electrical Required Qualifications:7+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural knowledge 10+ years of proven MEP construction experience7+ years of electrical trade specific knowledge5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades5+ years experience working with contracts and exhibits5+ years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 12 years prior relevant experienceOur Investment in you:We believe that Benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most, and should help you care for those who matter most. Field work requires experience and confidence working in and around heavy industrial equipment and systems, which includes average to loud noises, the ability to traverse uneven grounds, and possible outdoor weather conditions. Vision requires the capacity for close and far vision, the ability to adjust focus, depth perception, and peripheral vision. This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. Employee must be able to navigate the jobsite and must comply with all Company safety requirements in the office and on the jobsite.
