General Superintendent - Data CentersPosition OverviewThe General Superintendent will oversee all aspects of data center construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing complex construction projects in mission-critical environments, particularly in the semiconductor and data center sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the construction team on-site to ensure project goals are metCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedulesImplement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulationsReview project plans and specifications to ensure all work is performed according to standardsUtilize P6 for project scheduling and Bluebeam for project documentationManage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems installation and inspectionsConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that ariseQualificationsProven experience General Superintendent in data center or semiconductor constructionStrong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling techniques, and safety regulationsProficiency in project management software such as P6 and BluebeamExperience with MEP systems in mission-critical environmentsFamiliarity with Autodesk Build and other construction management toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressureBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
