Customer Care Representative (Full-Time)

We have an opening for a full-time Customer Care Representative for Thumb Cellular in Pigeon, MI. This role serves as a liaison between customers and the company, handling sales, account inquiries, billing, cancellations, and other customer needs. Primarily based in Pigeon, the position may provide coverage in Bad Axe, Caro, and Sandusky as needed. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provides excellent customer service to existing and new customers via the phone as well as in person. Assists new and existing customers with account setup, activations and adjustments. Responsible for demonstrating product and accessory functionality of devices to customers. Assists customers with cellular device inquiries, ESN changes (upgrades), repairs, accessories, lease and demo devices. Answers customer questions about their account, including but not limited to, billing concerns, cancellations, usage and disconnections. Processes customer payments in person and via the phone. Documents customer interactions and adjustments in customer account records. At all times, follows all CPNI and Red Flag regulations. Maintains a professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues. Travel Requirements Occasional travel between Thumb Cellular Stores (Caro, Bad Axe, Sandusky, Pigeon) may be required. This job operates in a professional office environment. Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time role, scheduled up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with some Saturday hours. Requirements High School diploma or GED required. Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail.
