Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) We are looking for RBTs to work with afternoon ABA cases in the Lexington Park area and nearby locations. The role offers the opportunity to manage multiple clients in the same location with consistent weekly hours and a structured schedule. About Jade ABA – we provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our approach is rooted in clinical excellence, meaningful relationships, and strong support for families and staff. What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect data and track client progress Collaborate with families and caregivers Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development What We’re Looking For Active RBT certification (required) Experience working with children, preferably with ASD Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in home-based settings Reliable transportation Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred—though not required for certified RBTs.
