Ensure tables are cleared, sanitized, and reset quickly so every guest has a clean place to enjoy their meal. Assign tasks and adjust staffing in real time to maintain seamless service during peak hours. Watch the floor with precision, anticipating needs and preventing bottlenecks. Direct cleaning staff to maintain a fast, efficient table-turnover rhythm. Maintain an approachable, service-oriented presence that reinforces a world-class dining atmosphere. Uphold strict sanitation standards to protect guest health and comfort. Identify training needs, skill gaps, and development opportunities; ensure team members receive appropriate training. Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and repair needs promptly to ensure a safe, fully functional dining environment. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-traffic restaurant, cafeteria, or dining hall. Strong ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment. Highly vigilant, with the ability to monitor table turnover. Sociable, approachable, and confident directing staff. High emotional intelligence. Experience with banquet-style service is a plus. Able to take direction and adapt quickly to changing needs.
