Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to a department or business unit and serves as a key resource in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact between internal departments, external partners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, and related event support.
• Assist with preparing meeting materials, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Resolve routine administrative issues and help ensure smooth workflow across the team.
• Process and maintain records related to expenses, purchasing requests, personnel documentation, and departmental budgets.
• Support payroll-related activities and review invoice coding for accuracy.
• Compile data and assist in creating reports, summaries, analyses, and special projects as requested.
• Perform additional administrative duties and special assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong understanding of office administration practices and business support functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
