About the Role

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with analysis, decision-making, and thinking innovatively to tackle problems and sustain the organization. Applicants for the Board Member position at the company should be prepared to commit to at least a three-year term, with the possibility of two consecutive terms. The role requires a diverse skill set, including the ability to ask tough questions, make timely decisions, and contribute to the organization's commitment to a diverse Board that reflects the communities it serves. Responsibilities also include representing the organization to stakeholders and the public, as well as assisting in the recruitment of new Board members.
