• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples ready for analysis when necessary.
• Document every procedure comprehensively, mentor new personnel or students, and help maintain the highest standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a clean, secure working environment while strictly following compliance and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent recognized allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
