Description - Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, train new team members or students, and contribute to upholding laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, secure work area and comply with all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hiring.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment.
