Apply today!# **Job Details**This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.This job profile description is a standardized, non-contractual reference description and global reference tool provided for organizational consistency and talent architecture purposes across Cencora. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.**Shift:** Sunday through Thursday: Hours - ( Sunday 3pm until complete/close and Monday - Thursday 4pm till complete/close )**Pay Rate:** Range is $27.84 - $46.78 per hour depending on experience.**Sign-on Bonus:** $2000.00**Responsibilities:*** Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.* Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.* Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.* Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.* Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.**Education:*** Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.* Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.**Experience:*** 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.# ******What Cencora offers******We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
