Responsibilities The Role: As a Service Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations and support a team of pest control technicians by: Coaching, training, and mentoring technicians; Assisting with scheduling, routing, and quality control; Supporting technicians in the field and filling in on routes when needed; Supporting hiring, training, and team development; Conduct in‑house and in‑field technician training and meetings; Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity; Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met; Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections; Review and submit service‑related documents and reporting; Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections; Serving as a trusted part of the management team. Qualifications Must have at least 2 years’ supervisory and leadership experience; Must have at least 5 years’ progressive pest control experience; Valid driver’s license. Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen. Physical Demands / Working Environment Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity; Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.; Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
