That includes: Managing technicians Fixing schedule problems Handling call offs Solving equipment issues Making judgment calls without asking Holding people accountable Protecting quality standards Stepping in when needed You report directly to the owner. You execute systems that already exist and improve them. This role rewards execution. High performers can grow their base pay up to $65,000 within the first year.
