Role Overview

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Recognize patient needs and design individualized therapy plans to help them achieve their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive patient care

• Document and Assess Progress: Monitor clinical results and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring consistency and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Engagement in continuing education or post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported

Licenses

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
