We're seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead our dispatch team, coordinate field service operations across Chicagoland and out-of-state markets, and ensure exceptional customer service through effective scheduling, routing, and team leadership.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of dispatch professionals.
Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch operations for company plumbers and subcontractor partners.
Prioritize urgent and time-sensitive work while balancing technician availability, customer commitments, travel time, inventory, and workload.
Monitor job progress, resolve scheduling challenges, and drive successful job completion.
Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Use operational data to improve productivity, routing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue opportunities.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of leadership experience in dispatch, logistics, field service, customer service, or a similar fast-paced operation.
Experience coordinating technicians, field employees, subcontractors, routes, or appointments.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch, CRM, routing, or field-service systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
