The successful candidate will play a key role in both project delivery and managed services, working directly with clients to optimize, enhance, and support their NetSuite environments. Position Overview The NetSuite Consultant will be responsible for delivering NetSuite implementation projects while also providing post-go-live support and managed services to existing customers. This role combines functional consulting, solution design, client relationship management, system optimization, and light technical responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong NetSuite consulting experience, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical resources to deliver practical solutions. Key Responsibilities Delivery Services Lead and support NetSuite implementation projects from discovery through go-live. Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews. Configure NetSuite to support client business processes. Design functional solutions across finance, operations, inventory, manufacturing, and distribution workflows. Create solution design documents, business process maps, and implementation documentation. Support user acceptance testing, training, and deployment activities. Collaborate with technical resources on customizations, integrations, and SuiteScript-based enhancements. Managed Services Serve as a trusted advisor for existing NetSuite customers. Provide ongoing system optimization and enhancement recommendations. Troubleshoot functional and process-related issues. Manage support tickets and enhancement requests. Conduct system health checks and identify opportunities for process improvement. Assist clients with new module rollouts, workflow enhancements, and reporting requirements. Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation for customer environments. Technical & Documentation Responsibilities Work with custom NetSuite applications and solutions to support evolving customer requirements. Assist with requirements gathering and documentation for custom development initiatives. Create and maintain technical documentation, process guides, configuration records, and knowledge base materials. Partner closely with development resources to ensure successful delivery of customized solutions. Required Qualifications 3+ years of NetSuite consulting experience. Experience supporting customers in a managed services or post-go-live support environment. Strong understanding of: Inventory Management Order Management Distribution Processes Manufacturing Operations Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills. Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience creating functional specifications and process documentation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards. Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics. Experience working with custom SuiteApps or ISV solutions. Background supporting manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, or wholesale organizations. Experience working within a NetSuite Solution Provider, VAR, or consulting environment.
