What We're Looking For:

• Current Arizona Department of Education Certification for Special Education
• Valid, active fingerprint clearance card
• Experience or interest in working within one or more specialized settings (behavior, adaptive, or resource programs)
• Commitment to working the full academic calendar, including new teacher orientation
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Dedication to fostering inclusive, engaging classrooms

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized instructional plans to meet unique student needs
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to create positive learning experiences
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold state/district standards
