Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project execution
• Support scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project coordination
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Monitor project progress to help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Support compliance with safety standards and federal project requirements
• Help drive accountability and communication across project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in construction project support, project coordination, or Assistant Project Management preferred
• Recent graduates with applicable internship or co-op experience will also be considered
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus
• Experience working on government or federal projects is highly preferred
