JOB SUMMARY

The Relationship Associate supports branch growth and retention by delivering accurate, prompt customer service and consistent sales support in an onsite, full-time role in Troy, Ohio. This position exists to strengthen customer relationships while ensuring transaction accuracy and regulatory adherence.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships and bank growth through superior customer service; processing over-the-counter transactions; identifying opportunities to cross-sell and refer bank products and services through a consistent sales approach; responding to routine customer questions and maintenance requests; balancing a cash drawer and maintaining appropriate cash levels; and following audit, compliance, and operational procedures. Flexibility to provide coverage during banking center hours and, as needed, at other centers within the market is required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A broad knowledge of products and services offered by the bank.
• Solid knowledge of bank-wide regulations and thorough knowledge of regulations and laws that relate to his/her department.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

SCHEDULE: Our branch is open Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00 and Saturday's 8:30 - Noon
