Job Description Our growing office for labor union benefits is looking to add multiple Customer Service Advisor positions to our Canonsburg office location. The Customer Service Advisor Specialist is responsible for ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction while matching client needs to products and services. Daily tasks include inbound/outbound calls, scheduling new appointments, client policy reviews, data entry, and servicing requested benefits. This is a full time position with great weekly hours. Qualifications Previous customer service or industry experience (Not required but a plus) Excellent communication skills Great leadership ability Problem solving skills Efficient organizational skills Outgoing, engaging personality and ability to quickly connect with people and be interested in their situations Additional Information Job Snapshot: Average Pay $45,000.00 - $86,400.00 /Year. Other Pay Dependent on Position. Employment Type: Full-Time. Job Type: Management.
