Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hotel and resort setting.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate issues to site leadership and/or first responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, guest amenities, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted locations to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and report security-related issues according to post procedures.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant updates with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
