Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation to ensure safe and effective patient care. Serve as a leadership resource for nursing staff, addressing clinical, operational, and personnel concerns. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration among nursing leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. Respond to and manage urgent clinical or operational issues, including incident reporting and escalation as needed. Participate in audits, documentation review, and regulatory readiness activities. Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum five (5) years of recent clinical nursing experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
