People Operations Partner

Experienced People Operations professionals will find a hybrid opportunity as a People Operations Partner, responsible for managing US payroll administration, executing People operations programs, and providing employee benefits support while ensuring compliance and data integrity. Key responsibilities Own and administer bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all payroll-related processes Execute People operations programs, maintaining HRIS data integrity and managing employee lifecycle transactions Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and manage leave of absence processes Required qualifications A minimum of 5 years of related HR experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree Hands-on payroll entry experience across multiple cycles and employee populations Working knowledge of US wage-and-hour law and HR best practices HRIS administration experience required (Workday, Rippling, BambooHR, or equivalent) Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel, with exceptional comfort in handling data
