Production Specialist

Job Duties

Responsibilities:

● Read and follow route sheets.

● Read and understand blueprints within the route sheets.

● Apply adhesives and sealants to parts using appropriate tools.

● Load panels through conveyor machine.

● Review and inspect work according to IPC standards.

● Participate in, implement and create continuous improvement ideas.

● Crosstrain to perform skills outside of initial area.

● Become a certified operator.

● Maintain cleanliness of specific area.

Requirements:

● Must Have High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

● Minimum 18 years of age.

● Printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

● Must be comfortable working with chemicals and fumes.

● Able to read, interpret and follow customer and IPC specifications.

● Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, repetitive movements with hands and occasional respirator usage.

● Able to do fine detail work with hands.

● Able to work overtime as needed to support business needs.

● Strong attention to detail.

● Must be comfortable entering information to a computer.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check
