Senior Video Program Manager (Remote)

A client with Kforce is seeking a Remote Senior Video Program Manager, Content & Channel to join their team. The role is remote, working Pacific Time hours. Summary: We're looking for an experienced YouTube Channel & Video Program Manager to help launch and manage a new YouTube channel focused on a B2B/mid-market audience. This role will own day-to-day channel strategy, optimization, program execution, and performance analysis. You'll work across internal teams and agency partners to bring video programs to life while ensuring content follows YouTube, SEO, and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices. This is not primarily a hands-on video production or editing role. The focus is on channel management, strategy, optimization, analytics, and program management. What You'll Do:
- Help launch and grow a new YouTube channel from the ground up
- Manage YouTube channel content, publishing, optimization, and performance
- Develop strategies to improve discoverability across YouTube, traditional search, and AI-powered search
- Apply SEO and GEO best practices to video topics, titles, descriptions, metadata, and channel structure
- Monitor YouTube analytics, audience behavior, and content performance
- Turn performance data into actionable recommendations
- Manage video programs, series, timelines, deadlines, reviews, and approvals
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Support B2B product-focused content, including tutorials, explainers, customer stories, and other video series
- Participate in creative reviews and ensure content follows YouTube-first best practices
- Monitor community engagement and comments
- Experience developing content for a B2B audience
- Hands-on YouTube channel management and optimization
- Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio and YouTube Analytics
- Strong understanding of SEO, search discoverability, and GEO/AI search
- Understanding of product marketing, customer personas, messaging, or demand-generation content
- Strong program/project management experience, including managing timelines, stakeholders, agencies, and deliverables
- Strong communication, organization, and creative judgment
- Ability to analyze channel performance and recommend improvements
- Experience launching or significantly growing a YouTube channel
- Google Search Console, Semrush, BrightEdge, Google Trends, or similar tools
- Basic familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or CapCut
- Ability to provide occasional light video production or editing support
