What You ll Do

• Provide urgent care treatment to adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up) in a high-volume setting
• Perform minor procedures such as lac repairs, ear irrigations, etc.
• Manage patient flow independently, utilizing Epic EMR (training provided)
• Document visits accurately and efficiently using electronic health records
• Maintain a positive rapport with patients and support staff
• Comply with credentialing, infection control, and safety protocols
• Participate in training sessions, including credentialing and EMR training, on set Wednesdays

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active North Carolina medical license & DEA license
  • Board certification (e.g., NCCPA, Family NP, or equivalent)
  • BLS certification
  • At least 12 months of urgent care or similar clinical experience
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Preferred:
  • Experience working solo in urgent care clinics
  • Strong soft skills and patient-centered approach
