Rental Manager - Power Systems

Overview Lead a team of multi-functional employees with responsibility to maximize company results for the Quinn Power Systems Rental business. Serve as a leader for the company in the Rental Manager role. Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key customers. Drive continuous company improvement and growth. Wages Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $119,680 - $151,219 Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manages the activities of power rental sales and administrative staff Power rental equipment sales Manages department sales goals Manages department budget Manages fleet inventories Coordinates marketing programs Answers escalated customer concerns in support of superior customer satisfaction; Oversees department employee training Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises employees in the Power Rental Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
