Strategic AR & Collections Specialist

ProMach seeks a Collections Specialist to join their Labeling and Coding Team to reduce aging receivables and strengthen the cash conversion cycle. You will contact customers to collect past due invoices, handle refunds and adjustments, and work with the Division Controller to accelerate collections. This role requires a 2–4 year accounting degree, 2+ years in collections, strong Excel and ERP knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
