Finance Manager

F&I ManagerRV Dealership is immediately looking for a full time F&I Manager. The F&I Manager must make credit decisions, submit deals to our lenders for approval and helps facilitate the entire sales process. This position requires excellent customer service and the ability to work well with others.Duties include:Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their purchase processDevelop relationships with customersDetermine customer financing needs and payment options based on an interactive processProvide customers details on their financing options and productsProcess finance transactionsEnsure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulationsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfactionBuild rapport with customers to create a base of referralsSet and achieve targeted sales goals on a monthly basisGain superior product knowledge to effectively help customersEnsure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policyRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentProven ability to provide an exceptional customer experienceAbility to meet department goalsHighly detail-oriented and organizedPrior sales experience requiredDemonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skillsExperience with the F&I processValid in-state driver's licenseA valid sales license.Ability to pass a background check
