Medical Assistant

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join a reputable healthcare provider in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is perfect for an individual passionate about patient care and capable of thriving in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient intake and medical history documentation in the EMR.
• Perform telephone triage, route messages, and communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure all labs, reports, and patient information are available prior to visits.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and compliant exam rooms; follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Manage logs (e.g., temperatures, medications, equipment checks) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support scheduling, documentation, and medical record accuracy while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CMA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong triage, clinical, and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Proficient in EMR systems and standard clinical procedures.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation:

Pay: $18-$19.50 per hour
