Automotive Sales Manager

Nucar Automall of St Albans is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous automotive experience to further their career with one of the area's fastest growing Dealer Groups! Requirements: Previous automotive sales experience is required, and automotive management is preferred. Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals with a professional appearance and strong customer relations skills! Must have experience working in high volume stores! Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the performance of sales employees Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership Monitor and analyze salespeople's performances and assist salespeople in closing deals including creating follow-up communications with customers to increase closing percentages Work with business manager in structuring deal to maximize revenue Communicate with sales managers / salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed Realize monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals and objectives for the department Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers Attend and conduct sales meetings and training on a daily basis Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time more effectively Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales We Offer: Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage Life Insurance Fitness / Wellness Reimbursement Short & Long Term Disability Insurance Employee Referral Bonus Longevity Bonus Paid Vacations, Paid Holidays, 401(K) We are excited about meeting you!
