We are seeking an Automotive Sales Manager for our client Brattleboro Auto Mall. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation. Seeking current sales manager or potential opportunity for growth for a veteran automotive sales representative.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have handled a high volume of sales, demonstrate hands-on sales floor work, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in setting sales volume and gross objectives
  
• Assist in ongoing salesperson training
  
• Assist in marketing and advertising efforts
  
• Assist in keeping accurate daily performance records
  
• Greet, desk, present and TO with transparency and integrity
  
• Provide a high level of customer service
  
• Maintain positive working relationships with our manufacturer and vendor partners
  
• Help maintain an energetic, productive and positive work environment
  
• Work directly with sales staff and customers to make deals
