The Role: Brand Consultant

You'll be the architect of their branding success, identifying untapped opportunities, challenging them with innovative solutions, and consistently exceeding sales targets. What You'll Do
Forge & Nurture Client Partnerships:
- Cultivate deep, enduring relationships with existing clients, truly understanding their business objectives and becoming their go-to branding expert.
- Proactively engage through calls, emails, in-person meetings, and social channels, ensuring continuous value delivery and satisfaction.
- Lead client projects and meetings, guiding them from concept to triumphant execution.
- Address inquiries and resolve challenges with professionalism and a client-first approach.
Uncover & Drive Growth Opportunities:
- Strategically research and identify new business opportunities within your existing client base and through targeted lead generation.
- Challenge clients to think differently, presenting unique, cutting-edge branding solutions that align with their goals and generate significant impact.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and geographic market shifts to stay ahead of the curve and unlock new avenues for growth.
- Collaborate with our team and vast network of vendors to build custom solutions that win new business and delight clients.
Dominate Sales Performance & Execution:
- Develop and execute aggressive annual, quarterly, and monthly strategies to consistently crush sales goals.
- Maintain an impeccably accurate and up-to-date pipeline in CRM (leads, opportunities, contacts, accounts), ensuring every detail is accounted for.
- Master the sales process: from qualifying leads with realistic expectations to delivering compelling presentations, crafting precise estimates, sending timely invoices, and following up for crucial feedback.
- Regularly analyze your activity, opportunities, and accounts to track progress, identify areas for optimization, and report on your journey to success.
- Partner closely with our team to ensure campaigns resonate and to guarantee seamless, on-time delivery of client orders.
- Embrace new technologies and adapt quickly to market changes, always seeking ways to enhance efficiency and capacity.

- Monthly Gross Margin: 40% Minimum -> 48% Target -> 55% Exemplary
- Monthly Gross Profit: $55,000 Min. -> $75,000 Target -> $100,000 Exemplary
- Yearly Revenue Goal: $1,000,000 Minimum -> $1,250,000 Target -> $1,500,000 Exemplary
- YOY Revenue Growth: 50% Minimum -> 100% Target -> 150% Exemplary
- Running Open Opportunities to Goal: 2x Minimum -> 3x Target -> 4x Exemplary

What You'll Bring
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Promotional Products industry is a plus.
- 1-3+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development, with a clear track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in order management or order administration is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional oral & written communication skills – you're a master storyteller and a clear communicator.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and a commitment to data integrity.
- Strong spreadsheet and document skills.
- A natural knack for relationship building and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Solid math skills (Algebra Level Minimum) for effective financial analysis.
- Mastery of negotiation processes and techniques.
- Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills – you can juggle multiple priorities with grace and precision.
- A deep understanding of the sales process and effective sales techniques.
- A problem-solving and solution-focused mindset – you see challenges as opportunities.
- Comfort and aptitude for adopting new technological tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Quickbooks, and Seamless AI.

- Certifications/Licenses Valid Driver's License
- Must be a US Citizen or provide proof of authorization to work in the US.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
The work environment is typically a lively office setting with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties, you'll regularly use hands, reach, sit, walk, talk, or hear. Occasionally, standing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required. You must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
