Join Our Client as a Technical Support Specialist in Portage, MI an 8-time World's Best Workplace impacting 150M+ patients. With specialized training or education (no experience required!), provide key technical support to scientists and engineers for this role.

work hours: 10pm to 7am

responsibilities:

Assist engineers and scientists on a variety of hands-on technical tasks across multidisciplinary functions.
Recommend effective methods and procedures, while authoring comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
Perform technical evaluations of operational events to identify root causes and recommend actionable corrective steps.
Adhere to clearly defined instructions, workflows, and standardized procedures to ensure quality execution.
Make sound, straightforward decisions by evaluating and selecting between established, proven solutions.
