Is this your next move?

Do you hold a CDL‑A with a clean MVR and at least one year of recent tractor‑trailer experience?
Are you comfortable working a 3rd‑shift schedule with flexible start times between 9 p.m. and 3 a.m.?
Can you lift 50 lbs., climb in and out of cabs/trailers, and operate or learn to operate a forklift?
Do you value predictable regional lanes, weekly home time, and starting/finishing each run in Indianapolis?

What you’ll handle

Operate 48’ and 53’ dry vans transporting specialized water industry products
Run intra‑company routes only: pick up and deliver between Xylem facilities (no public loading/unloading)
Unload product and reload used material at each facility
Maintain accurate e‑logs and order information on company equipment
Communicate proactively and respectfully with internal partners

Where you’ll go

Regular regional hauls to Central U.S. sites such as Omaha, Memphis, and Pittsburgh. Weekly home time with occasional overnights in the truck. Every run begins and ends at our Indianapolis, IN home base. You will be notified at least two hours before loading.

Pay, schedule, and extras

Annual pay: $70,000–$75,000 DOE
Sign‑on bonus: $5,000
Overtime offered
3rd‑shift regional schedule; predictable lanes; Indianapolis out‑and‑back

CDL‑A, clean driving record
1+ year recent tractor‑trailer experience
Ability to work overnight/3rd shift with flexible start times
Ability to lift 50 lbs.; forklift experience preferred
Strong safety culture; DOT/state/federal compliance
Clear communicator, team‑oriented, eager to learn
