HR Director
Join the Momentous Health at Franklin team as we continue to provide exceptional care to our short-term residents. As an HR Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring the well-being of our staff. Our private rehab suites provide the ideal setting for focusing on rehabilitating our residents, and we are committed to providing a comfortable and connected experience through amenities like WIFI and in-suite flat screen TV with Cable. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances.
About the Role
As our new HR Director, you will be responsible for leading our human resources team to achieve our organization's mission and goals. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Human Resources Strategy : Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Talent Management : Attract, retain, and develop a diverse and skilled team of employees who embody our values and mission.
• Employee Relations : Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Staff Development : Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional care to our residents.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on quality and patient safety.
