Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from initial concept through execution and post-event analysis. Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives. Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best prices and services. Manage event budgets and ensure expenditures stay within allocated funds. Develop comprehensive event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth operation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role with a track record of successful events. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
